Ingredients

  • Prepare the graham cracker crust:
  • Combine 1/4 lb. melted butter
  • 2 1/4 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 T. powdered sugar
  • Press into pan (I use a 9 inch spring form pan)
  • Bake for 10 minutes and cool. Refrigerate until needed.
  • Make 3 batters:
  • 1 small package lemon jello (not sugar free), mix with 1 C. boiling water
  • Cream 8 oz. Cream Cheese and 1/2 C. Sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla

Step 1

Beat 1 can chilled Milnot* until stiff

Mix the 3 batters and beat well.

Pour into crust and chill for hours.
