Ingredients
- Prepare the graham cracker crust:
- Combine 1/4 lb. melted butter
- 2 1/4 C. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 T. powdered sugar
- Press into pan (I use a 9 inch spring form pan)
- Bake for 10 minutes and cool. Refrigerate until needed.
- Make 3 batters:
- 1 small package lemon jello (not sugar free), mix with 1 C. boiling water
- Cream 8 oz. Cream Cheese and 1/2 C. Sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Beat 1 can chilled Milnot* until stiff
Mix the 3 batters and beat well.
Pour into crust and chill for hours.

I normally serve it by itself, but for our book club I dressed it up with a blueberry sauce. Recipe on separate page.
