Ingredients
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1/4 teasp. salt
- 1 egg beaten
- 8 canned artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup flour
- Canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix beer, salt and egg
Dip artichokes in beer batter then in flour
Fry in hot oil for 5 mins.until brown
Drain on paper towels and serve hot
