Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. turkey Polska kielbasa, cut diagonally into 1/" slices
- 2 cups chopped zucchini (about 2 small)
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Step 1
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add kielbasa. Cook 5 minutes or until browned, turning once. remove kielbasa from pan and keep warm. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add zucchini and corn. Cook 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes, water and pepper, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Cover and cook 4 minutes or just until tomatoes begin to burst. Return sausage to pan. Cook uncovered 2 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates. Serving size: 1-1/4 cup
