Ingredients
- 12 oz Cream Cheese, whipped
- 2 tbsp SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated (I prefer Whey Low sugar for Diabetics))
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee , cold
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen low fat whipped topping
- 30 mini phyllo tart shells (Athens brand, )

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine the cream cheese spread, splenda, coffee and vanilla in a medium bowl and mix.
2. Refrigerate for two hours.
3. Fold in frozen whipped topping.
4. Use spoon or pastry bag to fill tartlets.
5. Makes 30 servings
