Ingredients
- 1/4 c of cold water
- 1/4 c of amino acids
- 2 tbspn of cornstarch shopping list
- 3 tbspn of brown sugar shopping list
- 1 minced garlic clove shopping list
- 1 dash of fresh grated ginger shopping list

How to make it
In your saucepan stir constantly while adding 1 c of water, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and bring to a boil.
Take the cornstarch and dissolve it in a 1/4 c of cold water and add to the sauce.
Consistantly stirring allow the sauce to thicken.
If your not happy with the thickness of the sauce then add more water or amino acids
I made this last night...it was great! I added abit more brown sugar than asked for....yummy
This recipe is really good, made it for dinner tonight, taste the same as the ones you get from Japanese restaurants! I added more cornstarch and water than the recipe suggested as i didnt think it was thick enough but it tastes fantastic!
This is great! I wanted to make Chicken Teriyaki Kabobs and didn't have any teriyaki sauce. You saved my meal.
