Ingredients

6 center cut pork chops
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
4 med. peeled and sliced potatoes
1/4 cup choppped onions
1-10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Pre heat oven 300 degrees

Brown chops in 2 Tbsp. cooking oil. Place pork chops in 10" skillet type casserole.

Cover with potato slices and onions

Spoon mushroom soup over top. and spread evenly

Cover casserole and place in oven 30-40 mins.
