Ingredients
- 4 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 3 ounces shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup basil
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 1 garliv clove
- salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400
2. Scoop out inside of each tomatoe half
3. Roughly chop tomatoe pulp. Mix with remaining ingredients.
4. Place tomatoes cut side up on baking sheet. Spoon in tomatoe mixture and bake until cheese is melted and lightly brown, about 10 minutes
