Oysters Rockefeller

Once in a while, my husband and I drive up the west coast of Florida and on the way back, we always stop at Chop's Restaurant in Naples on 5th Avenue. I always order the Oysters, and I got to thinking I could make that recipe. So here is my version.

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 chopped shallots
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- pinch of nutmeg
- 2 cups fresh spinash leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half and half
- 1/4 cup Parmesean Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute shallots in butter until translucent, add garlic for a minute more, add the rest of the ingredients. Spoon over the oysters on a half shell and put in the oven for no longer than 15 minutes or until a light bubble.
