- four potatoes
- two cups shredded lettuce crema
- queso fresca
- salsa verde
- Guajillo salsa
- four chiles guajillos
- one small tomato
- one garlic
- salt
- chicken broth toast and deseed chiles boil all together and blend.

Cut bolillos in half
cook longaniza till done
boil potatoes cool them then cut them and fry them add to longaniza
dip bread into salsa fry the bread then add meat garnish with crema queso lettuce mayonesa however you like
