- 2 packages softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Graham Cracker Pie Shell
- Chocolate chips
- Pecans

Step 1
Set cream cheese out to soften. When soft, add sugar and mix well, then add eggs and vanilla, mixing well until smooth. Pour into graham cracker pie shell. The large Keebler pie shell works well.
Bake at 350 degrees until top starts to brown and crack. I usually turn the oven off and pour chocolate chips on top and put back into oven for about 1 minute to let chips melt. Use a spoon to spread chocolate evenly over the top and dd pecan chips to the top. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes to help cool the cake and harden the topping.
