Ingredients
- 1 # Ground Beef
- 1 Can Bush's Black Beans Drained & Washed
- 1 Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes Mild
- 1 PKG Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 C Water
- 2 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded - Divided
- Tostitos Chips
- Lettuce Shredded
- Sour Cream
- Ripe Olives Sliced
- Green Onions, Only Green Diced

Preparation
Step 1
Large Skillet, Medium Heat Brown Meat & Drain. Add Beans, Rotel, Seasoning & Water Simmer Until Blended.
Pyrex Dish 9x13 Sprayed, Add Thin Layer of Mixture, Top With 1 C Cheese, Add Another Layer of Mixture & Top With 2nd C Cheese.
Bake 350F Covered 20-30 Minutes Until Bubbly.
Serve Hot Over Lettuce & Chips, Top With Sour Cream, Olives & Onion.
Serve with Side Yellow Rice.
