Ingredients
- 2 pounds salmon
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced onions
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Step 1
Mix honey, green onions, soy sauce and all spices except red pepper in small bowl until well blended. Stir in red pepper to taste, if desired. place salmon in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Spoon honey mixture evenly over salmon.
Roast salmon in preheated 375 degree oven 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with honey mixture.
