Ingredients
- 3 lbs.potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/8 in.thick
- 1 1/4 cups grated Gruyere cheese (4 oz.)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter cut into small pieces
- 4 cans chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Toss potatoes with 1/2 cheese and flour
Arrange potatoes in 3 layers in 9x13 " buttered baking dish
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bits of butter between each layer. Pour chicken broth over all
