Bread: Cinnamon Raisin

My husband will do backflips for bread and this is one recipe that he absolutely flipped over.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups water at 120* to 130* temperature
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar/ packed
- 4 1/4 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup dark or light golden raisins

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients as in order into bread machine except the raisins. Process on Sweet/Rapid or Timed Cycle.
Add raisins 30 minutes after the cycle begins.
