Cucumber Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 3 cucumbers: sliced thin
• 8 oz cream cheese; softened
• 1 pkg Ranch Dressing
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 heaping tablespoon salad dressing such as Miracle Whip
• loaf of cocktail rye bread
• dill weed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the cream cheese, dressing mix, may and salad dressing together in a medium sized bowl. Spread onto rye bread, place a thin slice of cucumber then sprinkle with a little dill weed. Served open-face.
