Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard, whole-grain preferred
  • 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup(s) water
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, honey and water. Slowly pour in oil, whisking the dressing at the same time. Yields about 1 tablespoon per serving.
