  • 1 pound carrots
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp aking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecan

Preparation

Step 1

mix in the cuisinart.
bake in two 9'' cake pans.
oil and wax paper

Bake for 45 minutes at 325
