John Winter's Fabulous Bisquits

Ingredients

• Cut in:
• 2 C. flour
• 4 tsp. B. powder
• 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 C. butter
• Add:
• 2/3 C. milk
• 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Knead on floured board, cut out and bake at 425 for 10 -15 min. I usually add a bit of grated cheese, spoon onto a cookie sheet and brush with melted butter and sprinkle a little garlic salt on top before cooking.
