Apple Crisp

  • Topping:
  • 7 to 8 peeled & sliced apples
  • butter
  • lemon juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Spread apples in greased casserole. Dot with butter & sprinkle with lemon juice.

With pastry cutter, combine topping ingredients until well mixed.

Sprinkle over apples.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples are soft.
