Ingredients
- BEER & MUSTARD MARINADE
- 1 bottle (12 oz) lager beer
- 3 green onions,m white and green parts, chopped
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 1/4 cup molasses (not blackstrap)
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tea. coarse salt
- 1 tea. hot red pepper sauce
- ITALIAN RED WINE MARINADE
- 1 1/2 cups hearty red wine, such as Shiraz
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Italian dried herb seasoning
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tea. coarse salt
- 1/2 tea. black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk ingredients together. Pour into large zip-lock bag, add chops and refrigerate.
Remove chops, discard marinade and cook to145 degrees with a 3 minute rest.
