Ingredients

  • BEER & MUSTARD MARINADE
  • 1 bottle (12 oz) lager beer
  • 3 green onions,m white and green parts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup molasses (not blackstrap)
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 tea. coarse salt
  • 1 tea. hot red pepper sauce
  • ITALIAN RED WINE MARINADE
  • 1 1/2 cups hearty red wine, such as Shiraz
  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian dried herb seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tea. coarse salt
  • 1/2 tea. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk ingredients together. Pour into large zip-lock bag, add chops and refrigerate.

Remove chops, discard marinade and cook to145 degrees with a 3 minute rest.
