Ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 14 1/2 oz can low sodium, stewed tomatoes
- 10 3/4 oz can low sodium tomato soup
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cups water
- 15 1/2 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
- 15 1/4 oz can corn, drained
- 14 1/2 oz can sliced carrots, drained
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- chopped garlic to taste, optional

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute' ground beef in nonstick skillet.
2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Cook on Low 4-6 hours.
