Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 14 1/2 oz can low sodium, stewed tomatoes
  • 10 3/4 oz can low sodium tomato soup
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 15 1/2 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 15 1/4 oz can corn, drained
  • 14 1/2 oz can sliced carrots, drained
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • chopped garlic to taste, optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute' ground beef in nonstick skillet.
2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Cook on Low 4-6 hours.
