Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz) containers plain Greek yogurt*
  • 1/2 cup sugar or sugar substitute
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs cornstarch
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • you can make flavored cheese cakes using any Greek flavored yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
In a blender,combine yogurt,sugar,eggs,vanilla,salt and cornstarch. Blend to combine. Pour into crust.
Bake for 30 min or until cake is beginning to to turn golden on top. IT will seem slightly jiggly,but will continue to set as it cools.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hr. before serving.
