Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 C MASHED POTATOES
  • 1/2 C MILK
  • 1 8OZ. CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
  • 1 8OZ. SOUR CREAM
  • 2 t DRIES PARSLEY
  • 1 t GARLIC SALT
  • 3/4 C SHREDDED CHEDDER CHEESE
  • 6 SLICES BACON, CRIPLY COOKED AND CRUMBLED

Preparation

Step 1

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHEESE AND BACON IN LARGE MIXING BOWL. BEAT AT MEDIUM-HIGH SPEED WITH ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL SMOOTH.. SPOON INTO LIGHTLY GREASED 13/9 BAKING DISH, TOP WITH CHEESE AND BACON. COVER AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES AT 350* UNCOVER AND BAKE 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
