- 5 1/2 C MASHED POTATOES
- 1/2 C MILK
- 1 8OZ. CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
- 1 8OZ. SOUR CREAM
- 2 t DRIES PARSLEY
- 1 t GARLIC SALT
- 3/4 C SHREDDED CHEDDER CHEESE
- 6 SLICES BACON, CRIPLY COOKED AND CRUMBLED

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHEESE AND BACON IN LARGE MIXING BOWL. BEAT AT MEDIUM-HIGH SPEED WITH ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL SMOOTH.. SPOON INTO LIGHTLY GREASED 13/9 BAKING DISH, TOP WITH CHEESE AND BACON. COVER AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES AT 350* UNCOVER AND BAKE 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
