Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Soft Butter
- 1/4 C Sugarfree Raspberry
- preserves
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 C Splenda Granular
- 1/2 C Buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp Good Cocoa
- 1 C Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Bake 350° 8" pan Grease & Flour
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and
salt in a bowl; set aside.
Beat butter, preserves, egg, and Splenda
in a medium bowl until smooth.
Mix buttermilk and cocoa in a glass measuring
cup until smooth. Add flour mixture and
cocoa mixture alternately to the butter bowl,
beginning & ending with dry ingredients.
Pour batter into pan and bake 20 minutes.
Test with toothpick. Cool in pan on rack 5 min.
Then remove from pan and cool completely.
I usually serve this with canned whipping cream.
