Ingredients
- 1 cup all bran or bran buds cereal
- 2 cup 100% bran Cereal
- 2 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 2 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
pour 1 cup boiling water over cereal- set aside.
Combine buttermilk and baking soda; stir and set aside.
Combine sugar, Crisco and eggs, mix well.
Combine flour and salt; slowly add to sugar mixture. Add bran and buttermilk mixtures; Mix well.
Spoon into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 400 for 15 min.
