Ingredients

  • Crackers:
  • 5 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 tsp salt (I use some sea salt I have)
  • 1/8 tsp dried dill flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic (I use 3/8 tsp garlic powder)
  • Herb Mix:
  • 1 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp sea salt (you may need to play with the salt amounts. When I tried the amount of salt here, it was too salty for my liking).

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a baking tray.

Combine the cracker ingredients. The mixture should form a moist but firm dough.

To make the herb mix, combine the ingredients in a small bowl. Make small dough balls, roll them in the herb mix, and flatten on the greased baking tray at even intervals.

Bake 15-20 minutes, until the crackers are golden brown.

30-35 crackers.
