Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 packages (6 squares) white baking chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups nuts, chopped (I use walnuts)
- 2 cups dried cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate, nuts & cranberries.
Drop by rounded tablespoonful 1 1/2 inch apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 3 minutes then remove to wire rack. Cool completely, store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
