Duke's Mayonnaise Chocolate Peanut Oatmeal Jumbles

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
• 1 (18 ounce) box chocolate cake mix (what ever you have on hand will work)
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups quick oats
• 1 cup peanut butter chips (any of your favorite chips will work)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Hand mixer can be used to save time. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except peanut butter chips, and mix well. Fold in peanut butter chips. Drop from a teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for one minute and transfer to wire rack to finish cooling. Store tightly covered.
