Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 C grated parmesan cheese
- 2 T chopped tomatoes
- 2 T chopped green onion
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients except tomato and onion. Spoon into a shallow, ovenproof dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with tomato and green onion. Serve with wheat thins.
