  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2-3 TBS Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 T Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the coconut oil, butter, and peanut butter on low heat with stirring until melted together. Don't let bubble.

Once melted remove from the heat and stir in the Cocoa powder and stir until smooth.

Then add the vanilla and honey or maple syrup to the sweetness desired. I normally use the higher amount.

If you have a flexible mold, fill the molds and place in the freezer until set. They should set up within 30 minutes. You may also use muffin papers in a muffin mold.

Makes about 16-18 chocolates in a miniature muffin mold.
