Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 2 cans mashed canned yams
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 1/4 sugar (1/2 white; 1/2 brown)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 stick softened butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• Mix ingredients together and beat
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 3/4 stick softener butter
• 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Beat first 6 ingredients together and bake at 400 for 20 minutes in casserole dish (until thick)


Mix topping ingredients with fork, sprinkle on top, and bake at 400 for 10-15" (until top is brown)
