Spicy Baked Tofu

Ingredients
- 2 pounds super firm organic tofu
- Olive oil
- Smoked paprika
- Organic chipotle powder
- Black Hawaiian or smoked alder salt
- Organic thyme and sage
- Organic lemon
- Garlic
- (Sesame oil if desired)
- Freshly ground pepper (we mix with dried organic papaya seeds)

Preparation
Step 1
Drain tofu, (press if needed)
Pour olive oil and all spices, garlic, lemon, tamari into roasting pan
Cut tofu into 1/2 inch planks and lay in pan
Flip them over in a bit, so both sides are coated
Bake for 20 minutes at 425F
Serve with tamari, lemon, or spicy veganaise
