Ingredients
- 1 C reduced fat olive oil mayonnaise
- 1/3 C low fat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 C fresh scallions, trimmed and roughly chopped
- 1/4 C fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 anchovy filets
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
