Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups packed light or dark brown sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup golden corn syrup

Step 1
- Melt butter in a med. saucepan over low heat
- stir in brown sugar, whipping cream and corn syrup
- cook and stir over med. heat until mixture comes to a full boil
- cool, stirring occasionally (sauce thickens as it cools)
- serve warm or at room temp.
