Ingredients
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 3 tbs. coconut milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups unsweetened flaked coconut
- vegetable oil for frying
- 20 large shrimp or
- chicken cutlets
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs with coconut milk.
Dredge in flour, then egg, then coconut and transfer to oil.
Fry until golden.
