Ingredients

• First layer:
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup Cool Whip Lite
• Second layer:
• 1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix
• 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
• 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, chopped nuts and flour like a pie crust. Press into a 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

When this is done, mix the first layer of cream cheese, sugar and cool whip. Spread on crust.

Mix 1 pkg. of chocolate and vanilla pudding with 3 cups of milk. Spread over the first layer. Top with cool whip and sprinkle with nuts.
