Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c oat flour
- 3/4 c steel-cut oats
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c raw sugar
- 1/3 c dried cranberries
- 1 t canola oil
- 1/3 c soy milk
- 1 medium-sized banana, pureed
- 1 t vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix the dry and wet together.
Use an ice cream scoop to place batter onto a lined cookie sheet. Flatten slightly for crispier cookies.
Bake for 6 mins, then rotate pan. Bake 6 more minutes until edges are golden.
