- 1 30 OZ. FROZEN HASH BROWN POTATOES, SHREDDED AND THAWED
- 2 C. SOUR CREAM
- 2 C. SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDER CHEESE
- 1 CAN (10 OZ.) CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1/2 C. CHOPPED ONION
- 1/4 C. BUTTER, MELTED
- 2 T. CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
- 1/2 / t. PEPPER
- 1/4 /t SALT
Preparation
Step 1
IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. TRANSFER TO UNGREASED 2 QT. BAKING DISH. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350* FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.
