Ingredients

  • Large can of pumpkin (32 oz)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cake mix (butter brickle if you can find, or butter cake mix
  • 1 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in bowl and blend the the pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk, sugar and pumpkin pie spice

Pour into 9 x 13 cake pan, do not butter the pan.

Mix together the cake mix and butter with fork until crumbly.

Spread the cake mixture over top of pumpkin mixture and bake in 350 over for one hour or until a knife comes out clean.
