- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, parsley, mustard, pepper, and salt. Gradually add oil, whisking to combine. Cover, and chill.
