Ingredients
- 2 lamb loins (Approx. 1-1/2 lbs.)
- 2 to 4 tbsp mixed & chopped fresh herbs (Thyme, Rosemary, Sage)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Balsamic Reduction

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450.
Place loins in pan and pour balsamic reduction on top and roll around until well coated. Coat the loins all over with the fresh herbs, salt & pepper. Sear each loin in a VERY HOT frying pan, NO OIL! Add a little oil before putting in oven. Cook in oven until 150/155 degrees. (medium)
