Carol's Macaroni Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb. macaroni(angel hair, linguini etc.)
• 10 - 12 eggs
• 2-3 cups of half and half
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 1 tbsp. vanilla
• 1 tbsp. Amaretto
• Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 9 x 12 pan with Pam. Cook macaroni per package directions for al dente and spread in pan. Beat eggs, cream, sugar, vanilla and Amaretto. Cover macaroni and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle top with cinnamon to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.
