Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 24 refrigerated wonton wrappers
- Spray margarine or 1 tsp melted margarine
- 1 lb lean ground beef (95% lean / 5 % fat)
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dill pickle, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
3. Press wonton wrappers firmly into the bottom of each cup.
4. Spray or brush with melted margarine.
5. Bake for 5 -10 minutes or until completely crisp.
6. Spray large skillet with cooking spray and cook beef on medium heat until small amount of pink is left.
7. Add remaining ingredients and cook thoroughly until no pink remains and cheese is melted.
8. Spoon 1 tablespoon of cheeseburger mixture into each cooked wonton.
9. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
