Ingredients
- 4 acorn squash, halved and seeded
- 1/2 cup canned cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup jalapeno jelly
- 1/2 cup currants or raisins

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prick inside of squash halves with a fork. Bake, cut side up, in a baking dish for 45 minutes to an hour or until soft.
Combine cranberry sauce, jalapeno jelly and raisins. Place 3 Tbsp. of this mixture in the cavity of each squash half.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.
