  • 1 CUP PINEAPPLE, DICED
  • 1/2 CUP UNSWEETENED PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • 1/4 CUP LIME JUICE
  • 2 TBSP GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
  • 1 TSP JALAPENO PEPPER
  • 1/4 CUP MACADAMIA NUTS CHOPPED
  • HONEY
  • 2 - 2 1/2 POUNDS MAHI MAHI, 4 PIECES

Preparation

Step 1

COOK MAHI MAHI, GRILL OR BROIL, 3-4 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE. SALT AND PEPPER FISH.

BRUSH SIDES WITH HONEY & NUTS.

COOK FOR 1 MORE MINUTE TILL BROWN.
