- 3/4 cup lukewarm water
- 1 tsp yeast
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Set oven at 500 degrees for 30 minutes before making pizza. Put stone in now. Dough should be shaggy. Knead flour for 5 minutes. Cover and can let raise for 1 1/2 hours, bake for 5 minutes turn and bake until toppings are done.
Makes 2 10 inch pizzas
