  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Step 1

1 Brown sausage in a frying pan, crumbling it as it cooks. Set aside to cool. 2 In a large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, water, and cheese. Stir, then mix in cooled sausage. 3 Wet your hands (so the meat won't stick) and roll into small balls. Bake on cookie sheets at 325 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
