Ingredients
- 8 oz. Spaghetti, vermicelli or angel hair
- Boiling water
- 1 T. cooking oil (optional)
- 2 t. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt, sprinkle
- pepper, sprinkle
- 7 1/4 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 t. Oregano
- 1 t. Basil
- 1 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 T. Margarine (butter browns too fast)
- 1/2 lb. Lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup Chopped onion
- 6 Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 T. Chopped green pepper
- 6 Green and black olives, sliced
- Grated Parmesan Cheese, sprinkle

Step 1
Cook pasta in boiling water with oil and a dash of salt. Drain, add milk, more salt and pepper. Stir and pack into greased 12" pizza pan, raising edges slightly. IN small bowl mix tomato sauce , oregano and basil together and spread over top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Melt margarine in frying pan and add ground beef and onion and brown. Drain and spoon mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with sliced mushrooms, green pepper, olives and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for about 30 mins. Cover with foil for first 20 mins. Cut into 4-6 wedges. If you prefer a more moist outer edge, fit strips of foil around the outside of pizza before cooking.
