Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Lean Flank or Skirt Tteak
  • OR
  • 6 Chicken Breasts
  • OR
  • Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp. coarsely ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Jalapeno Juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.
2. Remove any fat from steak and wipe well with paper towels.
3. Place steak and marinade in a shallow dish. Marinate for at least 6 hours, turning frequently.
4. Drain liquid. Broil over hot coals. Cut steak diagonally.
